@Jonathan Vo Here's the real reason your agency isn't growing: You're not different enough. Harsh? Maybe. But hear me out. When a local business owner gets 5 calls a week from people offering websites β you're just noise unless you give them a reason to stop and listen. I used to pitch "affordable AI websites for local businesses." So did everyone else. Then I asked myself 3 questions: 1οΈβ£ Why should they come to ME and not someone else? 2οΈβ£ Can they just do it themselves? 3οΈβ£ What do I offer that nobody else can? The answers changed everything. I niched down. I focused on specific businesses in specific cities. I stopped selling websites and started selling more customers. Now when I reach out, I'm not a vendor. I'm a solution to a problem they already have. Your niche is your moat. Your results are your proof. Your understanding of the client is your unfair advantage.
