Here are gentle ways to make space without abandoning your role: • Wake up 10–15 minutes earlier and sit in silence before the house wakes • Turn routine moments into grounding rituals (washing dishes, folding clothes, showering) • Set one clear boundary daily, even if it’s small • Let your family see you rest without apology • Name your needs out loud instead of carrying them quietly You don’t need a retreat to heal. You need permission—and you’re allowed to give that to yourself. Healing in a shared space teaches your children, partners, and loved ones something powerful: that tending to your inner world is normal, healthy, and necessary.
