Reflection prompt: When you’ve stepped into a bigger calling, did you notice increased resistance or sabotage? How did you protect your energy? Spiritual Shield Checklist - Daily Grounding Ritual - 3 deep breaths into your belly, imagine roots anchoring you into the earth. This seals leaks and balances your field. - Protective Invocation - Speak out loud: “I call on Divine Light to surround me. No energy may enter my field that is not of my highest good.” Your voice is power—use it. - Energetic Hygiene - Quick cleanse before bed: visualize a waterfall of light washing away all energy that isn’t yours. Journal one lesson from the day to release mental residue. Bonus: Notice your body’s signals—tiredness, irritability, sudden confusion—these are signs your “shield” needs reinforcement.
