Setting Intentions for 2026: Moving With Purpose, Not Pressure
As we stand at the edge of a new calendar year, this is your reminder that 2026 does not require you to rush, force, or over-perform your way into becoming someone else. This year is about intention, alignment, and conscious choice. Before you write goals, pause. Before you plan, listen. Before you move, feel. Intentions are different from resolutions. Intentions focus on how you want to live, feel, and show up, not just what you want to accomplish. They set the energetic tone for everything that follows. As you begin setting intentions for 2026, reflect on these prompts: - What do I want my life to feel like this year? - What am I no longer willing to carry into 2026? - Where do I want to move with more softness, clarity, or courage? - What areas of my life need devotion instead of discipline? Your intentions might sound like: - “I choose peace over urgency.” - “I commit to honoring my intuition.” - “I allow ease into my work, relationships, and healing.” - “I move intentionally, not reactively.” There is no deadline on becoming. There is no race to wholeness. There is only alignment. Take time this week to write your intentions somewhere sacred. Revisit them often. Let them guide your decisions, your boundaries, and your energy throughout the year. We’ll be deepening this work together when Sacred Circle Calls resume the second week of January, where we’ll ground these intentions, give them structure, and support one another in living them out. 2026 is not about doing more. It’s about being more intentional with what you choose to do, keep, and release. Set the tone now.
