this is really awesome, looked so simple to create, are any other tools needed to get this started other than Vapi etc, what about phone number or something?
New here, bringing AI to my whole team
Hi everyone, glad to be here. I run a company of about 100 people, and I want to get AI working across the whole team, not just for me. Two things I'm chasing: a "second brain" so the important stuff stops living in my head, and a proper management operating system, more than the Power BI reports I already get, something that actually drives behaviour and action. If you've rolled AI out across a team, what's the one thing you wish you'd known on day one?

What is cost everyone is occurring to run Claude or any other tools
I’ve been looking at the wins people are achieving in the AI automation space, but one thing I don’t see discussed as often is the cost of getting started. Before landing your first client, what monthly costs were you already carrying? For example: - Claude, ChatGPT or other AI subscriptions - Zapier, Make or n8n - Hosting, domains and email - Voice AI or video tools - CRM, outreach or lead-generation software - Any other tools you felt were essential How much were you spending each month before revenue started coming in? Did you keep your stack very lean, use free tiers, or invest early and treat it as a business expense? I’ve always wondered how people balance learning, building demos and testing tools without ending up with a large monthly bill before securing clients. Would be great to hear what your starting stack looked like, what you actually needed, and what you later cancelled.
First Few Wins :)
Hey everyone 👋 First post here, been lurking for a bit and finally wanted to jump in to share some back to back wins I've had recently. 🏆 Win #1: AI Growth Engine for a Management Consulting Firm. Built them a full AI-powered growth engine to help them generate and nurture leads. Closed this one in 2 quick conversation, they saw the value right away and we moved surprisingly fast. 🏆 Win #2: Website for a A 13 location hospitality group. Designed and delivered a clean, professional website for them. This one came by reaching out to all my warm network and turns out they were exactly looking for that. They went from first chat to closed deal in no time, sometimes it really is that straightforward. 🏆 Win #3: Consolidated Sales Dashboard for the 13 location hospitality group After loving the website, they asked me if I could build a single dashboard that pulls together sales data from all 13 of their restaurant locations that they were having through individual PDFs. I built trust with the website, showed my expertise with the live dashboard and now we're looking towards creating and deploying there own AIOS! Three projects closed back to back in a short period of time. Almost $10K in set-up fees and $3K in monthly revenue. I'm honestly still a bit surprised by how fast things are moving. I just wanted to share this here because if you're just starting out and wondering if there are real opportunities out there, there absolutely are. Businesses just don't always know how to ask for it yet. Your job is to show up and make it easy for them to say yes. Excited to be part of this community 🚀. On the the next wins!

🚀New Video: Learn These 6 AI Skills Now (Before AI Replaces You)
AI is going to reshape or replace millions of jobs, but you don't have to switch careers or start a business to stay ahead of it. In this video I break down six AI skills that will futureproof your career no matter what job title you hold, from becoming the AI person on your team to knowing when a task doesn't even need AI. I also cover the last skill most people never think about, which is building your own unemployment insurance with multiple income streams.

I dont think anyone wants to be replaced by AI, but skill 6 is something we should all be conscious about, having one role is risky, but fair to say all 6 skills is necessary. We should all strive to the best of our abilities! We all got this!
