Database Reactivation Process
I just had a great call with @Avontae N. and he asked for a Database Reactivation Snapshot or training on how to perform Database Reactivation. I want to provide some video training and create a snapshot for people to use. However, for those who are unfamiliar with this, here's a brief rundown. Database reactivation (DBR) is a targeted, focused campaign designed to re-engage dormant contacts already stored in your CRM (past leads, no-shows, and old customers) and convert them into booked calls, sales, or reviews—without acquiring new traffic.
