🏆 COMPETITION TIME — CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD!
🏆 COMPETITION TIME — BUT FIRST… WHAT DO YOU WANT TO WIN? A lot of you are completely new to Skool, so a quick explanation of how the leaderboard works: Skool has a built-in points system. When other members like your posts or comments, you earn points and climb the community leaderboard. So post your training. Ask questions. Share your wins. Comment on other people’s videos. Give someone a like. Tell them they’re doing a great job. Post a dog meme if you want 😂 I want this community to be alive, active and supportive. And I’m going to start rewarding the Top 5 members on the leaderboard every 30 days. But rather than me deciding what you want… YOU tell me. What would you actually like to win? POLL: - 🎥 Private 1-to-1 training/video review with me - 👥 Exclusive small-group coaching call - 💰 Big discount on a future course - 🎁 Karate For Dogs gear / goodies Vote below 👇 And if there’s something else you’d rather win, put it in the comments. You seemed to like the $1 Heelwork deal, so I’m guessing I already know which option some of you are going to choose 😂 ps. in competition can take part all the members not only those that singed up for H4D Game on!

Ooo very excited! We’re in 🙌 Love a good training challenge
Heelwork practice
Here is our little attempt at heelwork. I have done fair bit with Frank so he understands to stay under the arm. Little pup Oreo has no idea what’s happening 🤣 Any tips what to do about the bunny hopping would be greatly appreciated ☺️

What your biggest challenge in Heelwork training?
Hey guys! First of all thank you to all joined Heelwork 4 Dummies! If you are new here don't forget to introduce yourself in pinned post :) Second of all - Help me Help You! 🚨 ⚠️Tell me what is your biggest challenge in heelwork training? or what stage you are at? 🐕 I'm planning extra content on focused heelwork (along with street aka everyday heeling that was heavily requested) That will give me ideas for the content and tutorials that are coming!

Hi @Alex Lato i did post a video with my senior and the pup I’m not sure did it come up for you? My main challenge with Frank is the animation and drive up. He’s also 9 and built very long so I’m not too worried about it. We are currently working on more duration and turns. With the pup the challenge is bunny hopping. He has a Luxating patella so that probably affects his gait also. Currently working on rewarding the steps I like and changing the lure to reduce the hopping. While working on conditioning also to strengthen the leg

Awesome thank you 🙌
👋 Welcome to the group, you legends
Thanks for jumping in here early – you’re basically the founding members of this community. This space is for all of you who already follow my work and want a place to go a bit deeper together. Please say hi in the comments and share: - Who are you and what dog/dogs you have? - What are you mainly working on right now? - What’s the first thing you’d like to learn here – one topic or problem you want me to cover as soon as possible? Many thanks, Alex

Hi Alex I’m excited to be here. I loved the challenge you did with Nick and keen to learn more. I recently lost my old dog so now have 8 year old Frank and lots of foster puppies. My only struggle with Frank currently is noise sensitivity but it’s in a very particular setting- doors banging in a cafe. I’m just keen to have fun with him, make sure I keep his body and mind active and also learn skills to use with my foster puppies who can often be quite worried and fearful when they first come to care.
