Question about apex Fees

So I am trying to pass my first EA account. I put in a 90 percent code so the fee was like 36 bucks or something but its only for the first month. So my question is say i pass the evaluation account in two weeks and it turns in to a PA account. Is there different fees for a funded account or am i still paying the 150 bucks a month when the second month hits cause the promotion has ended and now your on month two.

I would just pass the account with one trade and get into the PA as quick as possible. Risk 2500 to make 3k. If you lose the trade just buy another account with the same code. Once you pass just pay the one time fee, its actually cheaper than the monthly.

MAE rule

Im pretty sure I violated the MAE rule on my PA account. My balance is at 57,700 from 5 successful trading days but i exceeded the 30%. I was planning on requesting a payout during next payout opening. What will happen to my account when I request payout?

@Stephen Gerald Onyia how would i offset it? I dont have a single trading day over 30% of my profit but I have days that my unrealized loss is over 30%

@Isaac Saw yes I do, but I was increasing contract size taking on more risk because I was ahead for the week. I missed the rule when I was reading through them.
