I think we all know how essential sleep is, but from my experience, and from the experiences of others, simply closing your eyes and hoping to fall asleep isn’t the best solution. More often than not, it doesn’t provide the real rest your body and mind need. I’ll be releasing some e-book material very soon about how I overcame these challenges. I’m new to Skool, as you can probably tell, but I’m open to growing this community through ads as well. I’ll need a few days to get familiar with how everything works here and how to create quality engagement. Expect a message from me soon, and thanks again for reaching out.

@Stephen Mooney 100%. Children will definitely shape your sleeping schedule. It’s a wonderful sacrifice overall, but not all changes are permanent. You can absolutely regain your previous sleep patterns, or even improve them.

@Stephen Mooney I understand you. My youngest was born with asthma, so you can imagine the panic we felt during times when breathing became difficult. Sleep didn’t come easily then.
