FOR THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, THANK YOU!
There are seasons where leadership is less about what you say… and more about what you carry in front of people. Family, I need you to hear my heart. For months, you’ve been patient with me. You’ve covered me in prayer. You’ve supported me when this was still forming, still unclear, still stretching me in real time. Some of you invested financially. Some of you showed up physically. Some of you stood with me spiritually. All of it mattered. And now the one-man show is complete. Not just finished… but fulfilled. And I want to take a moment to honor you, because what we experienced wasn’t just an event. It was a living case study in what it means to steward something from burden… to build… to manifestation. Because here’s what I need you to understand as leaders, creatives, and builders: Vision is not proven when it is announced. Vision is proven when it survives pressure. Ideas are easy to celebrate in their infancy. But execution requires endurance, tension management, resourcefulness, and obedience over time. What you witnessed wasn’t perfection. You witnessed process. You witnessed what it looks like to: • Carry something when it’s heavy and unclear • Build a team when you don’t have all the answers • Find resources when there isn’t an obvious path • Stay committed when the emotional high wears off • Execute under pressure That’s leadership. That’s maturity. That’s stewardship. And I want you to catch this, not emotionally, but structurally: Anything God gives you will require you to become the type of person that can carry it. Not just spiritually… but mentally, relationally, creatively, and practically. That means your discipline has to grow. Your communication has to grow. Your capacity for pressure has to grow. Your ability to finish what you start has to grow. That’s why mentorship matters. Not because you need more information… but because you need proximity to process. You need to see how things are built, how decisions are made, how pressure is managed, how vision is protected, and how execution actually happens in real life.

Good morning! After reading this, I actually got emotional. First and foremost, I thank you for executing with excellence. You are an inspiration to me. Secondly, I’ve become emotional because you’ve touched a sensitive area as someone who’s building, developing, and constantly experiencing opposition—financial opposition, discipline opposition, confidence opposition, etc. Today, I’m going to sit with this model and assess the vision-model-techniques. I must say you have a way with words. You speak with such conviction and passion. And today my heart weeps in conviction.
WELCOME NEWBIES
First off… welcome. For real. You being here is not random. And let me say this up front… thank you for your patience. I’ve been deep in the lab working on my one-man show, so I haven’t been as active in here as I normally am. But hear me clearly: Next week, we’re turning this up a notch. More structure. More engagement. More pressure. More growth. And I want to say thank you to all of you, new and existing, for staying attentive, staying present, and staying involved even in the quiet moments. That says a lot about your hunger. Now let me make sure we’re aligned on what this is: This is not just a group. This is not passive content consumption. This is not where you come to scroll and spectate. This is a mentorship environment. This is where creatives, leaders, and builders come to: – Get clarity on their calling – Develop their voice and identity – Build discipline and consistency – Sharpen their thinking – And actually execute We don’t just talk about purpose here… we build systems around it. We don’t just get inspired… we get to work. This space is important because most people have potential… but no structure. No accountability. No environment that challenges them to grow. That’s what this is. So if you’re here, lean in. Don’t stay on the sidelines. Get involved: – Introduce yourself if you haven’t – Engage with posts – Ask questions – Share your progress – Take the assignments seriously You will get out of this what you put into it. Let’s build something real. Welcome to the lab.

Welcome to the family!
MASTER YOUR MORNING ROUTINE
If you don’t win your morning, you will spend the rest of your day recovering. Your morning is not casual. Your morning is government. It sets the tone, the rhythm, and the authority of your entire day. Some of you are asking God for discipline… but ignoring the first 2–3 hours He gave you to prove it. Let me make this plain: If your morning is random… your life will be inconsistent. If your morning is intentional… your life will be productive. Non-negotiables: • Prayer (alignment) • Worship (posture) • Devotion/Word (instruction) • Workout (energy + discipline) • Goals (direction) You miss 100% of the goals you don’t set. And you rarely accomplish the goals you don’t revisit daily. This is not about being perfect. This is about being consistent. So here’s your assignment: Drop your morning routine in the chat: – What are your non-negotiables? – What time do you start? – How long have you been consistent? We are building people who don’t just pray for breakthrough… we build systems that sustain it. Let’s go to work.

My morning routine lacks a structured approach. Typically, I wake up at 5 am or at least attempt to—haha—prepare myself for my work day, which involves a two-hour commute. During this travel time, I often engage in prayer, listen to music, or choose a movie or spiritual message. As evident, my routine lacks consistency. Today, I intend to develop a structured system and set goals. It appears that whenever I attempt to establish a routine, I fail to maintain consistency. Thanks for this conviction.
WEEKLY CHECK IN: In the Thick of It!
Listen carefully. You are not warming up for your life. You are not circling the runway. You are not in a “one day” season. You are in it. Right now. This moment you’re in, the pressure, the uncertainty, the stretch, the responsibility, the ideas that won’t leave you alone... this is not random. This is not rehearsal. This is the assignment. Too many people live like there’s a second life waiting on them after this one… like they’ll get another shot to say yes, another window to move, another version of themselves to finally show up. You won’t. This is the window. This is the moment. This is the life you prayed for, even if it doesn’t look like what you expected. And here’s the truth most people avoid: The reason it feels heavy is because it’s real. The reason it feels intense is because it matters. The reason it’s uncomfortable is because you’re actually growing. You are in the middle of transformation, not approaching it, not preparing for it... in it. So stop waiting to feel ready. Stop looking for confirmation you’ve already been given. Stop negotiating with the very thing you asked God for. Lean in. Give it your full attention. Give it your full discipline. Give it your full obedience. Because history is not written by people who were “considering it.” It’s written by people who moved. So I need you to locate yourself. What are you building right now? What are you avoiding that you know you need to confront? What has God put in your hands that you’ve been treating casually? Answer it. Don’t give me the polished version, give me the real one. Drop it in the chat. Let’s deal with it.

Good morning! I’m currently building a mentorship university, and I’m also building myself. As these responsibilities have been entrusted to me, there are a few things that need to be addressed. First, there’s the total subjectivity to God’s will. It’s not so much about avoiding it, but rather about overcoming the constant resistance within myself. Second, I’ve been entrusted with creating books and content for advancement, and I must admit that I’ve acted casually in this regard.
MENTORSHIP ASSIGNMENT: DON’T FORGET YOUR DREAM
Good morning. Before the world told you what was “realistic”… Before responsibilities, fear, comparison, and survival mode crept in… You had a dream. Not just a wish. Not just a vibe. A God-breathed vision of what your life could produce. And for some of you… You didn’t lose your dream. 👉 You buried it. ⚠️ Here’s the truth: If you don’t define your dream, life will assign you one. If you don’t remember your dream, you’ll start living for smaller things. If you don’t write it, you won’t war for it. 🧠 YOUR ASSIGNMENT (DO THIS TODAY — NOT LATER) 1. REFLECT (Go quiet for a moment) Take 5–10 minutes. Ask yourself: - What did I once believe I was called to do? - What excites me when I’m not overthinking? - What kind of life would make me feel aligned with God and myself? 👉 Don’t edit. Don’t filter. Just remember. 2. WRITE (Make it real) Now write your dream down. Not vague. Not safe. Not small. Answer this directly: “If I had all the time, all the resources, and all the support I needed… what would I build, create, become, or leave in the earth?” Be specific: - What does it look like? - Who does it impact? - What kind of person do you become in the process? 👉 If it doesn’t stretch you, it’s not your real dream. 3. DECLARE (Post it in the chat) This is where most people hesitate… and miss their breakthrough. Drop your dream in the chat. Not for validation. Not for applause. 👉 For ownership. There’s power in: - Saying it out loud - Letting others witness it - Refusing to hide it anymore Some of you are one decision away from reactivating your entire life. This is not just an exercise. This is a reintroduction to your assignment. Habakkuk 2:2 (emphasis mine): “Write the vision and make it plain…” Why? 👉 Because what you can see clearly… you can pursue intentionally. 🗣️ When you post your dream, start with: “My dream is…” And don’t water it down. 🚨 BONUS (FOR THE SERIOUS ONES) After you post your dream, reply to 2 other people and:

@Shakeia L. Smith-good morning! This is crucial. We urgently need more safe spaces for the younger generation. The world is filled with opportunities that can ensnare and exploit vulnerable individuals. You are a sanctuary and a liberator, breaking free those trapped in captivity. You are a disruptor of destiny assassins, guiding them towards a brighter future. By nature, you are a shepherd, leading them to green pastures and providing them with the necessary correction and guidance. May God expand your space and continue to bless the fruits of your labor. May every young person who encounters you find solace in the heart of God, experiencing His boundless love and compassion. So, may your tools grow sharper to fight off predators & draw them into truth.
