Problems
We all see problems around us and see people (not us of course) who only see problems. What problems do you see around you that could be fixed by a mindshift?

@Tim Tindle well said, I see it myself everywhere. Do you try to change that when it's people you care about? I found that it never does any good 🙄 Or maybe I'm just doing it wrong. I know that they have to make the realization themselves, but most people just never do.
Today. Do everything well, but don't do everything:)
TIna Saxeena inspired me today. You know all those quotes wise people come up with. It always makes us feel a little small, as we weren't smart enough to think of it first. Well, The one in the title is MINE. ALL MINE. I wouldn't have come up with it without the prompt from Tina. It proves that Synergy (Stephen Covey habit #6) is real. Do you have an example of how synergy between you and someone else created something greater than 1 plus 1? Perhaps having a child is like that. What else?

That's a great quote @Andrew Nelson !
How is your community going?
It's nice to share what's working for each of us. What's working for you? What has been key for you to grow your community and/or your income on Skool?

Mine is very quiet at the moment. Don't currently have capacity to engage and didn't have enough momentum for the community to function without me 🤔
1 year and 10 years
Jim Rohn said "We overestimate what we can do in 1 year and underestimate what we can do in 10 years". Chatting with @Paul Sirvinskas this morning it was helpful that Paul explained to me that he is on a 10 year plan. What changes when we look at our projects/goals with a ten year plan?

Having a 10-year plan is great, but it's important to also work out shorter term milestones to create urgency. Otherwise 10 years seems like so much time that you can always start tomorrow 😅
This is what I am hearing from you guys
Consistency Over Intensity Success in long-term goals is more often the result of small, daily actions than it is of sudden bursts of extraordinary effort. Helping your kids or students value the "boring" middle part of a project is essential for developing a disciplined character. How do you help your children or students stay committed to a goal once the initial excitement has worn off?

Oof, I would like to know that too 🤔 I'm struggling to motivate my children to focus on long term goals. Pep talk doesn't do much 😅 Best I can do is to keep them on track with some bribes and external rewards. Trying not to overdo it, though. Would like to know at what age it's normal for internal motivation to "kick in"
