Has anyone had delays receiving their tracking numbers this week? Unfortunately lost my star seller badge as my dispatch time tanked, anyway to fix this or do I have to wait until next month?

Hi all. I’ve had a message on Etsy about a large framed print I sold last week. They said that they were disappointed as the listing shows a mainly yellow artwork, however they have said it’s actually “very” orange in person. I’ve asked for pictures but they haven’t sent any yet. Where do I stand with this when I eventually get a reply? Do I just need to prepare myself to refund the full £60? That feels like a lot of money to be out of pocket when I’d hope that the physical prints are as true to colour as possible. Is this an issue with PrintShrimp/whoever printed it and can I claim my expense back at all? For reference it was a A3 frame in Satin, I don’t think satin would be responsible for such a difference in colour. Thanks all.

Is anyone else experiencing a slow September. In August I made 24 sales (majority when I had a sale on) and now in September I’ve only made 10 sales this month and just from reading posts in this discussion I was expecting September to be an even better month than August.

Is it against Etsy policy to email or SMS a customer about a review they have left? I know you cannot take the transaction outside of Etsy but there is no clear policy about this I think. I don’t think they see my messages and they experienced an issue with their order, left a review and forgot about it. Can I email or SMS them?

Etsy has randomly removed one of my listings. They are stating it’s because of a policy violation. Apparently it doesn’t meet their ‘Creative Standards’. This has never happened to me before. The appeal process requires me to upload photos, videos and documents of the creative process. But how do I do this if it’s AI generated? I have 1450 listings on this store and I don’t think I can get that listing back. Should I be worried for the rest of my listings?
