Thanks Mel, I hold few LP positions in real-estate deals as well as in tech startup VC funds. I also hold couple of GP positions in Multifamily properties. The assets I am planning to put in the fund majorly include CRE (multifamily, public storage, RV home parks, industrial warehouses etc). I am open to LP opportunities but my preference is to take GP position. Currently I am raising capital for a deal outside of real estate, it is a big raise and looking for other capital raisers if they want to team up.
