One I use to see if there is any interest, but I don’t wanna be locked in to a commitment if there’s not enough folks to make it fun. I used it recently and got 100 responses (to about 400 people)- we did over $150k in deals so far. The other email I send when I am pretty sure there is interest… I sent one a couple months ago to a few hundred people who’d bought my course and got 50 responses and we did 6 licensing deals. I only hit return 8 times in FB messenger. And got licensing rights to a webinar with NO MONEY upfront. 👍 You can license any IP. Doesn't mean you should, but you can. I just licensed a fantastic webinar that will help me sell my stuff. (Marketing/sales IP is some of my fave to license!) Now... This fella and I have done deals in the past. (He's also a Rockstar.)
