I like the face if it had eyes. As it is now, the words “through the women’s lens” makes me think where did her lenses go? The many women definitely is a good cover if the book is on mental health. Is it? May be I am too new to know. The yellow is good, even as a background to the face (with eyes), but here is where English is tricky and first association to me is: wasn’t lead poisonous? The blue is the cleanest and lovely to look at but not sure that female leaders are lovely (in the baby blue sense), or if it will attract people’s desire to check it out. Or if it does it will attract the ‘seekers of loveliness’ and oh, boy! They in for a surprise!
