@Madhana Gopal T Congratulations
Key to Hidden Job Market
I never truly understood how to optimize LinkedIn until I learned from Ameen Bro. His guidance was a real eye-opener. Recently, I started posting consistently on LinkedIn every day, and I’m already seeing the results. It has shown me how powerful social profile optimization can be and how it helps you access the hidden job market... I’ve even started receiving messages from professionals in Germany, which shows how powerful LinkedIn can be when used the right way. I’m truly grateful to @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha for teaching me these strategies. This experience reminded me that consistency really does pay off. Sharing this here for anyone who is still hesitant to start keep showing up, stay consistent, and the results will follow.

My First German Job Interview Journey (20 Days of Hustle)
My First German Job Interview Journey (20 Days to Rejection... and a Win) Guten Tag! I just want to share my experience on my first German interview experience (20 days of journey). In my job hunt for Germany, I customized my CVs to each JD and applied non-stop. As a breakthrough, the manager responded that my profile looked promising and requested more details for screening. After sharing, he invited me to Round 1. I prepped thoroughly and aced most questions with the Head of Product (German) and Tech Manager (Indian). Cleared it—on to Round 2 with two Senior SREs (Indian)! A few tough questions felt just like Indian tech interviews, despite my prep. Unfortunately, I got rejected but it was great experience eventhough it's a failure. But I believe this is one of my win after following the German Job application process. I learned many things as outcome and I'll work a bit harder till I achieve my success. I'm disappointed but I didn't stop the process as I'm building myself more stronger and I'm considering this failure as my fuel to glow harder. Thanks @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha for your guidance.

Key takeaways from OIC session
what did you learned and how you will implement what you learned today

This session completely changed my perspective on aligning job descriptions with resume points and understanding the step-by-step job application process. I also learned the common mistakes that I make and, more importantly, how to correct them. (Like detailed review of the JD content) Additionally, gaining insights specific to the German job market what to do and what not to do was extremely valuable. Even small details, such as whom to address first in a cover letter, make a significant difference. The bonus tip on tracking job applications was also very helpful. (building folders and Excel sheet) I’m confident that implementing what I learned today will bring a meaningful change to my job-hunting process.
