Key takeaways from OIC session
what did you learned and how you will implement what you learned today

This session completely changed my perspective on aligning job descriptions with resume points and understanding the step-by-step job application process. I also learned the common mistakes that I make and, more importantly, how to correct them. (Like detailed review of the JD content) Additionally, gaining insights specific to the German job market what to do and what not to do was extremely valuable. Even small details, such as whom to address first in a cover letter, make a significant difference. The bonus tip on tracking job applications was also very helpful. (building folders and Excel sheet) I’m confident that implementing what I learned today will bring a meaningful change to my job-hunting process.

Day 3 session - social profile preparation has always been a clueless part for me. Because everyone say optimize LinkedIn but no one says how to do it. This session is a key to all the unsolved problems. I learned a lot regarding LinkedIn and Xing. I hope every single minute we spend with you @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha is a step closer to achieve our goals.

The day 02 of GM course - CV writing session today was beneficial. I gained knowledge on how to create a flawless CV and cover letter as well as how to use GPT efficiently. This will also benefit me when I apply for jobs in the future. Thanks to @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha bro for teaching me the approaches to drafting a CV and cover letter. Also thanks for patience you hold until we complete the task parallelly. Excited to unlock the ways for optimizing Xing, Linked In profiles.
What are your key takeaways from today's session
Please share what you learned and what are your plans for the coming week, what would you implement immediately

It was truly an eye-opening session. For the coming week I would like to follow focus on the tasks that were assigned. Started trying to implement these: As you said, I will practice managing my time instead of letting time control me. I will see every obstacle as an opportunity and focus on finding ways to reach my goals, rather than worrying about the problems. The main takeaway from the video was that the list of 20+ things that pull us down is not the real issue. Only we can fix ourselves. Biggest takeaway: Discipline + Consistency + Effective/focused Work Thank you for this session. Actually more than guidance, you showed us how we need to change our mindset first and through that rest will fall in place. 😊💪🏻✌🏻 Looking forward for the next session. 🔥
