I am 44 (mom of three daughters all spread out in age 7, 11 and 17) and when I was young (18 - 22 years) I wrestled on the university varsity team and did cross country running. I notice I feel good when I get out and do at least 3 exercises a week but I often only do one. I find I drive all my kids around and neglect taking that time for myself. I goal would be to get that flat tummy back and build back some of my muscle.
