✨ Introducing Myself to This Beautiful Community Hi everyone, I’m Ashley Volpe-Prete, and I live in Caledon, Ontario. I’m a Global Leader for Montessori as a school founder of 16+ years, an executive leadership & performance coach for Montessori leaders in schools and at home, and a woman deeply committed to inner transformation, spiritual growth, and heart-anchored leadership. Over the years, my path has been one of powerful evolution—chapters that stretched me, refined me, and ultimately led me back to who God always intended me to be. Each step has shaped the way I lead, mother, and move through the world. ⸻ ✨ What Drew Me Here Kay has been a trusted transformational leader from a previous community, and her work continues to call me deeper into intuitive, alignment-driven leadership. I joined out of trust, and I’m so grateful I did, because my inner work and external world have begun aligning in the most extraordinary, God (for me), -timed ways. My current peak project is something I call “Heaven on Earth”—cultivating inner peace, nervous-system safety, grounded leadership, and a daily relationship with God so intimate that it becomes the foundation of everything I build. This morning, I joined a women’s daily Bible book club, and the welcome message said: “You didn’t just join a library — you joined a movement. A sisterhood of women making Heaven visible on earth, one page, one prayer, one day at a time. Welcome home.” “Heaven visible on earth.” “Welcome home.” It couldn’t be more perfect for where I am. It spoke directly to my heart and to the very essence of what I’ve been cultivating within myself. It’s moments like this that show the power of Kay’s work—when the external world begins to reflect the vision God quietly placed on your heart… when your reality starts matching who you are becoming… this is the awakening of the soul. In this community, I want to continue elevating my intuitive leadership by embodying deeper self-trust, spiritual authority, integrity, and nervous-system groundedness—leading from presence rather than pressure.
