Does this look right? Should I change anything? NAD - 500 mg vial, added 3 ml BAC, want to start with 25 mg 2-3x week so it would be 15 units? MOTS - 40 mg vial, added 2 ml BAC, want to do 5 mg 2-3x week so it would be 25 units?

I have been on Ret@ and am now on week 6. Weeks 1-4, 1 mg, week 5, 1.5 mg and week 6 (Sunday nt), 2.0 mg. Ever since then there’s been so much nausea, headaches and some nervousness/anxiety feelings. Is it from the increase although I went up slow? Dr said do 1 mg for 4 weeks and then go to 2. I decided to do a week of 1.5 first. No symptoms until this week. If so, how long until the symptoms go away bc it’s been rough this week.
