Done. I did this in place of yoga. Been fighting fever and chills last 24 hours. to breathe deeply and tune in felt so soothing. Thanks Coach! 🙏🏽💫🎀

It’s currently 11 am for me.. today I began my circadian rhythm training. It was .. difficult. I set ZERO intentions only to maintain motivation. Needless to say I’m a zombie today as expected. I’m keeping it super light and intentional today with tasks and responsibilities. Could do better with my water so thanks for the CHECK IN! I was outside first this when I woke. Soooo um today 6:30am pacing my driveway. And maybe not the best.. but I havnt eaten anything . Except coffee. (Part of my zombie mode) Happy to be here working on all this though! 🙏🏽 *anyone else felt yesterdays full moon.. of course I begin training with heavy Astro energiessss* 🌝⏰ Hope everyone has a great Thursday !! 🎀💫

Today imma start with toast and eggs it’s just easy and I like French/italian bread from bakery! Bread can cut eventually but at the moment I need the calories !!! We got yummy strawberries washin up too!!!!

First thing when I wake.. I grab my sativa . Helps me with a little energy boost to get my boys started on their day. We Homeschool so .. I’m an octopus- and I love feeling present for it.
