@Eamma Spencer @Renold Revales @Sara Edvardsson @Dario Costa I most probably can't make Day 6 Live, it's 3am here, can I watch if after like the others, or is it only live?

Day 4 ✅ Done!
📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Financial. I'm not working at the moment but doing a course to get licenced and hopefully start a new line of work. Only being diagnosed as Bipolar & ADHD this year soaked up a lot of funds, so not getting out much as a result. Feel a bit cut off. 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: Totally forgot to do the brain dump, couldn’t pick up a book; part of me couldn't face it, part knows the only books I have I'd probably read for four hours. 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: Cold shower? Not so bad…[though I did start of warm and wind it down to cold, mind you it's not winter…lol] Morning walk by the river was nice and uplifting. 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: because, it was sitting there, ready to go, literally in arms reach, with a note 'Just Start It!' on my desk, I didn't get it all done, but gave it the 20 mins I'd set aside, and I have other items to repair so it can be part of the morning routine for the next week. 💭 And it made me feel: Satisfied 🤯 What surprised me: I felt better than I thought, given I'd only had a few hours of broken sleep, hopefully with evening routine also it will get better.

Catching up feels like a win
So I live in Australia, and the course for me is at 3am, I did the first day, but after that it was a bit much and with a friend in from SE Asia and a schedule 3 hours ahead of mine, the stars did not align. Caught up to everything on Day 4 during the day today, have a night routine ready [only 6:15pm as I write] and sure I can get the morning done too on my day 5 [not sure coffee and a morning walk at 02:30am is a good idea], though the cold shower might be a bit much I'm sure I can start luke-warm and take it down a few notches and looking forward to a morning walk along the river!!

@Judy Hamilton Thanks, shorter walk than I would have liked [only got a few hours of broken sleep so was fatigued from the start] but cold shower not as bad as I thought! [Though I did start of warm :-D]
Day 3 📝 Step 4: Engage in Community 🏆 4.1: Post todays learnings in #wins:
Day 3 ✅ Done! ⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: Fear of not being good enough. 📍 Where it came from: Always being told I could do better if I paid attention. ✨ My new code: Just start it! 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who will always starts what he says and completes without letting perfect be the enemy of good." 💪 Debugging in progress...

@Deb Brouwer Yes. I went to 12 schools, changing mostly mid year, gave me about 20 different teachers all saying the same thing to my parents & on report cards, '...could do so much better if he would just pay attention.' all the while saying well above average vocabulary, I.Q. [eventually Mensa tested at 142] etc. Shame they never got that something else was afoot, mind you it was 50 years ago now, they just didn't know, you either fit the system or not, also in a previous generation, kid like me never made it out of primary school, it was off on the special bus to 'Special School' [yes that really called it that in Australia back then], so it could have been worse...
