How do I go about looking for deals? Look for land or look for houses to knock down? I know KB had mentioned using FB groups but seeing if there is any other ways proven effective. Thanks

Hi Everyone! So excited to be on this journey with you all! I currently live in Atlanta, GA but originally from Charleston, SC. I’m currently the Atlanta chapter leader for Women In Real Estate. I ran a land wholesaling business for a little over 2 years. Just recently decided that it’s no longer where I want to be, but will absolutely use the tools and systems I’ve developed to find lots. My hiccup has been analysis paralysis. I just need to take a first step.
