Ladies, I want to lovingly reset expectations around the Keptie Academy. I didn’t create this space for vanity metrics, long-term loitering, or passive consumption. The Academy was designed as a foundational, set-apart, sacred space for women to heal, rewire, and shift into a Keptie lens so they can graduate into close-proximity coaching inside the Keptie Community. The intention has always been 3–6 months for most women. This is where you learn the frameworks. This is where the healing begins. This is where your identity shifts. And then… you move forward. The Academy is not a place to “sit.” It’s not meant to be a one- or two-year holding pattern. It’s preparation for deeper work and real results. Here’s how the Academy is meant to be used: • One live touchpoint each month. If you can’t attend live, you can still submit questions. • Quarterly Anchor Experiences… these are the in-depth teachings that create real change when implemented. • Weekly Micro Moves on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays… these are not optional fluff. Participation is where momentum is built. • Connection matters. Sharing your experience, engaging, and building relationships inside the space is part of the work. • There is an inbox. I actively DM members… to check in, encourage completion, and help prepare women for graduation when the time comes. This path works. We already have a Keptie who graduated from the Academy and joined the Keptie Community in November. That is the trajectory I built this for. My heart is to see women move from preparation → proximity → partnership within one year to a maximum of two… not linger indefinitely at the starting line. And because I care about the integrity of this space, I’d love your feedback: What do you love about the Academy? What feels unclear? Where could you use more support or direction? This is a living, breathing ecosystem… but it only works when you work it.

This season, we return to the foundation… And that foundation is Christ. Jesus showed us what it means to move without haste, to love without fear, and to trust the Father completely—even in seasons of waiting. As you continue laying your Kept foundation, let His life remind you: - You don’t rush what God is building - You don’t force what He is forming - You don’t overextend when He invites you to rest Your becoming is safest when it’s rooted in Him. 🗝️ KEPTIE INTRODUCTION POST 1. Who You Are (Character & Values) Ashley Carroll here, a woman after God’s own heart and receptive to all the things He has planned for me. I am a woman who embodies trust, loyalty, femininity and commitment as a birthright. I love God, family, those who show up as friends and above all else myself. I take pride in showing up for myself and others in ways that shift the paradigm and make the world a better place. 2. What You Do (Career or Calling) As a professional, I am a certified occupational therapy assistant. I get to serve people in their rehabilitative process, helping them to restore their independence and/or get back to life in meaningful ways. I am also currently in grad school studying educational psychology (learning how people learn) so that I can impact the systems in which people learn and provide tools to make the learning process more efficient. I’m here in the Keptie Academy because I feel called to marriage (a whole ministry) and want to be sure I’m pro AND prepared. I have a passion to represent family as a unit and what healthy marriage looks like. 3. What You Enjoy (Hobbies or Joyful Practices) I love LOVE hiking and being outdoors. So much so that I left home (Connecticut), to be in a warmer climate (Texas) so that I could have more forgiving weather to be outside during the winter months. I love to travel, I love adventure, I love to read, I enjoy time with God, I love wellness content, I love events that require me to dress up. 4. What “Kept” Means to You Being kept means feeling safe. It’s a space where I can relax, feel at ease, I can trust beyond myself, I can be soft, I know that I’m covered. 5. Your Dream Date or Dream Wedding My ideal date/wedding feels dreamy. The air around me is floral, fresh, filled with love, patience, admiration, support, adoration. The day flows like a melody. The feeling is one of being on cloud 9. There is genuine exchange between me and my partner. We both feel as though we are getting exactly what we’ve prayed for. Both look good, smell good and have an indescribable radiance that comes just from being around each other and it’s noticeable by anyone witnessing.
