My Micro-Homestead project is growing sunflowers. 🌻 I chose this because I want to grow food for my chickens and wild birds.I already have 9 plant starts I just planted outside. I still need to help them grow big. By the end of this challenge, I want to feel like I am on the path to self sufficiency.

For this challenge, I’m choosing the baking path. I choose this because I’ve been wanting to learn how to make sourdough. One small thing I’d love to learn to bake sourdough bread My home would feel more intentional if I had order in baking & serving my family with better nutrition.

For this challenge, I’m choosing the gardening path. I chose this because I would like to grow or make all my Christmas gifts this year. One small thing I would love to learn, grow, bake, or sew is loofa. My home would feel more intentional if most of what we consume comes from our garden/land.
