Okay. I will add those. I have also been doing some from your other videos and they all help. This is in contrast to the dozens of other videos I have learned exercises from, which usuallty exacerbate things because the problem is too subtle and old for leg lifts and squats. So I thank you - although I can tell that you are in the middle of your own journey and things can get messy. So dont worry about doing everything on time. I just hope you keep.sharing exercises as you are able..

One thing I really want to correct is my hip on the bad knee side clicking. That seems to be the cause of the knee pain- really. I have done many psoas and hip flexor, core and glut exercises that definately make it worse. Coz my body is strong from 20 years of ballet but my joint clicks and clacks and that is when the swelling in my knee starts every day. Seems to be on the inside not outside. - anyway if you have a video about that to link..the one you did earlier is good. But it only stopped the clicking for a momenr. Thanks. I will not keep texting you every day- dont worry. Just feel like its time to heal.
Question about exercises
GREAT. SO i began the 7 day program. You do not mention whether we do elbow and knee circles in both directions (so reversing)) or just in the direction you demonstrate ( which looks like in-to-out with knee and out-to-in with elbow???). Thanks
