Hi All! Hope you are enjoying the resources! I have been pouring a ton of time and energy into the YouTube channel recently - and we recently achieved 1400 subscribers and over 100,000 views, which is incredibly exciting! 🙌🏼 I am aware that the "second half" of the Knee Pain course (Days 4-6) is not showing or uploaded, and I will be working on getting that rectified shortly. Feel free to dive into my Knee Pain playlist on YouTube for now, after you complete Days 1-3. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLko1wkygBbcAsdNa14p_fuAJJ4CZ1JRQk I plan to add even more resources and guides into this group in the coming days, as I shift focus into content and value for this group. Looking forward to helping you all in your health journey!

Please take 1 minute to read this entire post so you understand how our community works and how to BEST access our resources. Firstly..... So happy that you found your way to my community. I'm so excited to have you! My goal is to make knee + joint pain recovery accessible, fun, and simple, so that you can get back to doing what you love! #NOSIDELINES I love to see all of you join - and you can help keep this community awesome by engaging, posting and participating - because participating + being in community is critical to healing properly and sustainably. We can't do it all alone! In case we haven't met you should probably know that over the past few years I have: ✅ Helped hundreds of people get back to living their lives, without worrying about pain. ✅ Helped those same people avoid knee surgeries, or recover strongly after their knee surgery. ✅ Most importantly, we've had a ton of fun doing it. We regularly ... 1️⃣ Clear out members who are not active or engaged 2️⃣ Decline about 30% of people who request to join our community 3️⃣ Delete posts that are low value or quality So welcome to the community and thank you for being a contribution and participating. Your results are not going to come from watching our content... they are going to come from engaging, asking questions and TAKING ACTION! YOUR NEXT STEPS... ✅ Step #1) COMMENT on this post, so we know you've seen it. Let us know what state/province you are from, and one cool place you've visited recently that you think others should know about. ✅ Step #2) Subscribe to our Channel on Youtube 👇https://www.youtube.com/@michaelstaceyWILDHealth 👈🏼 (It helps the algorithm). ✅ Step #3) Complete the START HERE Module in the 7 Days to Joint Pain Freedom Course in the Learning/Classroom Section IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO the STARTER Joint Pain COURSE YOU ARE HERE FOR... Just comment the course name and tag ME @Michael Stacey

@Madhu Walia Thanks for sharing! I am constantly updating the community and working to add resources - for knee pain, I have the beginning of the 7 day challenge, and hoping to add more this week!
Question about exercises
GREAT. SO i began the 7 day program. You do not mention whether we do elbow and knee circles in both directions (so reversing)) or just in the direction you demonstrate ( which looks like in-to-out with knee and out-to-in with elbow???). Thanks

Hi there! Great question. So, it actually doesn't matter - because the benefit comes from the activation of the muscle + stretch fibers around the joint, then communicating with the brain. So if you want to do both directions for variety, that's 100% okay.
Gratitude Post!
Hope everyone is having a great day! I like to make it a practice to share consistently what is going well in my life, so that others can share in it with me. My gratitude is for launching this group and for all of the patients I saw in-person this week who were able to make progress with their injuries! My second gratitude is that we just hit 100 subscribers on my Youtube channel, and over 5000 views - after just launching the channel 2 weeks ago! It brings me a lot of joy to see people have victory over issues they thought they were never going to see progress with. What is something you are grateful for? Drop it in the comments! 👇
