Hey everyone! I joined this community a few weeks ago with a goal of making $5,000 to $10,000 per month from dispatching trucks in mind. (introduction post) After completing the free training, I started engaging with people here who have more experience than me. (that is what every beginner should have to do) So that I can learn valuable lessons from their experiences which will help me get started in this industry. And that's exactly what I got!! A lot of value!!😇 One of the biggest steps I took was diving into cold calling. But with the guidance of some incredible mentors here, I took the leap and started cold calling for my childhood best friend’s company. After applying their advice on cold calling, I improved myself a lot, and guess what? I closed a carrier within my first week!!🎉 I want to clarify that I never done cold calling in my entire life. Guys do your daily tasks, work hard, nothing is impossible. Believe in yourself. This win was a huge confidence booster and proof that hard work and consistency pay off. If I can do it, so can you! Hello everyone. What’s the average price you charge an owner operator to be there dispatcher?

im hearing about alot of scams and fraud in the industry, what are you guys doing to avoid scams, i will be sure to check brokers credit and carriers as well when i work with new drivers.
