The C.H.A.R.T. Framework is something I created and use to help when a team is not aligned, aka- → Missed deadlines. → Confusion over roles. → Frequent conflicts. C - Clear Goals: Set clear goals to align everyone's efforts. H - Hold Check-Ins: Schedule regular check-ins to keep communication open. A - Assign Roles: Define roles so each team member knows their part. R - Reinforce Collaboration: Encourage collaboration to build a cohesive unit.
