This will be a very interesting fight! Who do you got?

What do you guys do when fighting/sparring with someone who’s really aggressive with pressure and throwing a lot of strikes? I try to keep my distance and throw a teep but most of the times just get overwhelmed with strikes. Any tips?

I have been training MMA for roughly 6 months now and I have been debating on adding another workout in to my routine like gym or another martial arts. So my question is what would y’all recommend? Adding gym or like BJJ/Wrestling/Boxing instead? It maybe is a stupid question but all answers are appreciated 😅

Hello everybody ! I'm currently in the process of designing a MMA rashguard that I could produce and sell later as a brand. However, I've came up with many different ideas and I have a hard time being objective about what I created. I know there is many things I could still improve. How do you guys minimize hitting your partners elbow while sparring? Yesterday I sparred with my cousin and my foot kicked his elbow and now It hurts as hell. Is there some way to minimize hitting the elbow? And any recovery tips?
