@Alisa Annandale Make sure to replace the blade when it's blunt and check that the blade is not screwed on too tightly - that could possibly be why you need to apply a lot of force to turn the blade 😊

@Jo Cooper Good idea. Just a few tips - remember to use: - A leather needle and stronger thread like Serafil's heavy duty leather thread - A walking foot if you have one, but it's not essential - Clips instead of pins to prevent permanent holes in the leather. Happy sewing 👜😊
