How to dip?!
Aight, this is my FIRST time attempting how to “dip” I feel like the puzzle pieces are coming together, but I also feel like something’s missing. @Knejie Allen help 😩😂

@Paula Pride yeah I felt the shift when I allowed my shoulder to follow my back leg, but I never thought to look in the same direction. I’m excited to see how thtll make a difference as well
