Sleep yes 😴 but also leading up two bed for better sleep. Eating dinner earlier and avoiding sugar it is a game changer for sleep. Also, getting a super high quality.Breakfast is definitely a must for a energized day.
What does “being fit” mean to you now versus 10 years ago?
I know 10 years ago, for me, I just wanted to be lean, like see my ribs lean. Now, I want to be strong and lean. Honestly to prove the haters wrong lol younger me appearance was more important. Now I want long term strength 💪 and health. Not so much care about appearance or the haters!

Hey 👋 this is Ariel/AJ to some. I run...Slow long distance(PR is 34 miles though! Dont ask how long it took...) do crossfit...also slow. Swim and sometimes bike (have done one triathlon, hoping for another) Just want to stay active and healthy for my whole life! I do better with group or friends support so here I am 😃

Just time! Ive been meal prepping my breakfasts which is amazing but also prepping lunch/dinner is a bit rough when so busy. I try to do dinners that last several nights...lunch is hit and miss- dont ask how much turkey sandwich meal I had at lunch today 😅
