Leads ON DEMAND!
Well, I struck out 3 times today! I thought I'd take a walk and share how I ALWAYS have more leads than I can shake a stick at. Nobody does this. I figured out my "lead game" by getting girls phone numbers. I was a young man in the Navy when I got stationed in San Diego as an instructor for the Advanced Electronics School on 32nd Street Naval Base. I'd go with my buddy: "Jeffrey LaFrance" Say his name in your "Grey Poupon" voice. Very aristocratic sounding! He was 6' 2", blonde with blue eyes. Looked like Dolph Lundgren. Next to him, I looked like Danny Devito. Plus, I was a squid with a funny last name... It was like Dolph versus Danny Devito. You'd think Danny wouldn't stand a CHANCE, right? BUT... Here's what would happen... We'd go to the Red Onion on Mission Beach. Jefferey would get 2 or 3 phone numbers. I'd leave with a pocket full of 12 or more. (KIDS: This was the early 90s, we still had to write down phone numbers!) I've never forgotten. I do the same thing online. From email to social to Skool. In a world where group owners have a hard time getting 40 likes. I can get 40 leads and turn them into $10k to $25k cash that day. In tiny communities and with tiny lists. This morning… I tried three times to share how I get Leads on Demand with ya today. But? Maybe the Leads on Demand Gawds are against it? I tried a Skool live. Did a 15-minute live, but I forgot to press record. DOH! I tried Skool video, hit max length and wouldn't upload. Golly! I tried one more time and dropped my dang phone! Sheesh. Should I give up? or... 👉Would you like me to try again? Maybe I'm not supposed to share? I dunno? You tell me purty please.

True security…Has little to do with money… Everything to do with creativity, courage and commitment. Money comes from other people by CREATING VALUE for them. Then… Having the COURAGE to offer the value. Then… If the offers aren’t accepted… The courage to find out why… And again… The CREATIVITY to improvise. Creativity and courage are muscles people ALREADY have… But may be a bit flabby because social programming prefers us to conform and follow THEIR rules…that benefit them. They can’t tax your creativity. They can’t make it legal to steal your courage. If we’re creative and courageous, why in the fuck would we need them? If we don’t NEED their “social security” then they LOSE power and they’re screwed. Our anti-dote to inflation and insecurity is not a pile of money… But a strong CREATIVITY muscle and six pack COURAGE! Ya feel me? I've got a starter community all set up. ✅130 Members who are influencers in the personal finance/retirement space. ✅The members have YT channels with up to 1000s of subscribers each. One member has one of the best selling Retirement books on Amazon. (they are RABID buyers too.) ✅Professional cover photo, icon and A GREAT NAME is already set up. ✅The classroom already has great content. ✅The niche is easy to target and invite to the group. In fact, there's prior research on 1100+ potential members. ✅💥There are dozens of ways to monetize, but one of the strongest is that sponsors and advertisers in this space pay some of the biggest $$$ to get in front of this niche. (Depending on how many views, financial companies pay up to $50,000 per video to get their ads in front of people serious about personal finance and retirement planning.) YOU don't need to be the expert! All you need is the VISION of the MOVEMENT! But dude? What exactly is a movement? It is a CHANGE you want to see in the world... ...even if the change is SMALL In fact... a SMALL MOVEMENT feels doable! (I'm not against big missions, but I like to start with small ones first.) A SMALL MOVEMENT = CHANGE + DIFFERENT + DESIRABLE OUTCOME Something must be done DIFFERENTLY and the OUTCOME must be DESIRABLE to people. Now... You might be thinking? "Damn, Sago! Is that all? 😀How in the heck do I come up with that? It sounds easier to dump a bunch of content into my community!" I feel ya. I'm going to make this MUCH SIMPLER for you. This will be a huge advantage. Do ya know why? NOBODY wants to share "more content", but they do want to share a MOVEMENT that is different and has a desirable outcome for people they care about. This helps your community GROW all by itself. It also means you can BRING IN experts, content and ALL the things you need for a community WITHOUT needing to do it YOURSELF! They WANT to be part of a MOVEMENT! So... Let's break this baby down and make it simple. This has worked super well for me. Take an OUTCOME you KNOW other people WANT... Find out WHAT THEY HATE about "how to get there" and make your movement about a DIFFERENT PATH TO GET THERE... Using one or more of the following OUTCOME MODIFIERS: Who, What, When, Where, Why and/or How Let me use an example from one of our Flames: @Jeff Teegarden He is a truck driver. I also know he wants to make an income off the road. So the outcome = income That is a "mission" because it's a goal and tangible. Now we need to turn it into a MOVEMENT: 🚚Who? We can change the WHO. In this case, TRUCK DRIVERS would be Spock logical. A community for Truck Drivers who want to create income off the road sounds pretty good to me. ...EVEN IF that was the only modifier. Now... Jeff doesn't NEED TO KNOW HOW or EVEN HAVE DONE IT HIMSELF.
