What’s for dinner!? 🍲
I always love hearing about what people are cooking! So let’s share and maybe get some new ideas! What did you have for dinner tonight?! I quickly made some Korean stir fry noodles with ground pork. It was pretty delish! 😋 Now your turn ⬇️

In the Word 📖
In the Word Wednesday 🤍 Today’s scripture: 📖 Isaiah 26:3 “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” When we’ve experienced trauma, our minds can feel like they never turn off. Thoughts race, worries spiral, and peace can feel out of reach. But this verse shows us something powerful — peace isn’t created by controlling everything. It comes from redirecting our focus. One small healing practice that helps renew the mind is thought redirection. When anxious thoughts begin to spiral, gently pause and bring your attention back to God’s truth. You might say quietly: “Lord, I give this thought to You.” Then repeat the scripture slowly. Peace often comes through practice, not perfection. ✨ Today’s invitation: Take one minute today to slowly read Isaiah 26:3 and sit with it. Comment “peace” if you’re choosing to redirect your thoughts toward God today.

Favorite day!
What’s your favorite day of the week and why?

My favorite day of the week is Friday. It’s the one day out of the week I don’t have to teach anyone, go to work, or do band practice. I can clean, practice, do odd and ends, or just simply exist.
