Hi everyone, I am Ari, originally from Argentina living in NJ now for over 20 years. I am 50+ years old but always learning and growing! I am a high licensed and experienced youth soccer coach and I also hold certifications and degrees in social emotional learning, mindfulness, mindset coaching. I have seen the power of using sports as a tool to improve life skills. I recently started a Skool community for High School aged soccer players where I give them tools to improve the mental side of sports. I also offer one on one Mindset coaching as part of my program. I want to grow a Youtube channel as well to talk about things like confidence, overcoming challenges, dealing with pressure, etc. Skills that are not only useful for sports, but for life.
