Hey everybody! For those that missed it, we had a great and highly productive DSA call today. One of the main points we covered is what to do when you get ghosted, especially after the client may have already told you that they are onboard and good to go. You send the agreement and invoice, and then nothing..... it can be incredibly frustrating and so I shared some texts I will send in cases like this to break the silence. Important context: What kind of existing rapport do you have with the prospect, can you joke around with them or is it more of a professional and serious setting. If you can get away with a bit of humor(my personal favorite approach) then I've seen memes work magic and cutting through some buyer tension and getting the prospect to respond. I've attached a few of my favorites below. If it feels more appropriate to keep things serious, then I have found this text to work wonders at eliciting a response. "You ok NAME? I haven’t heard from you since DAY. Ghosting did not seem within character and is not something I experience with guys at your level - which leads me to wonder if you're in a tough situation and in that case I totally understand.
