Instantly AI Agents
I noticed a new feature in Instantly for deploying AI "sales" agents. I'm testing using this for sourcing business acquisitions. It asked me for my business website and started learning about my ICP. I noticed it already identified 10 leads and proposed an email for reaching out to each (human in the middle. I need to click "send" and I can modify the content of the email before sending it out). It was on my to-do to update my website, especially now to test this feature. Anybody playing around with it?

That's a strong update for Claude but even before this update SMB's could already use. I actually prepared some guides for manufacturing and HVAC companies on how to deploy Claude properly in their operations to get the immediate ROI. 10 deals in the pipeline is my magic number
Had an awesome call yesterday with an owner of a $1B portfolio! He was an AM guest as well and in a similar space as me. He gave me some great advice on our M&A strategy as I have been getting really frustrated lately. For me, I need at least 10 active deals at a time in order for 2 to close. And get the owner in a face to face meeting as soon as possible. Finally follow up, follow up, follow up and stay around the hoop on lost deals.

Following up is key aspect in this process and in other things also. A lot of the time the ones who follow up get the opportunity in the end.
Great week at off-market leads challenge
I wrapped up day 5 of the off-market leads challenge and it was well worth it. The time allowed us to build a really well structured approach to setup AI tools for efficiency & scale, integrate with key online data sources to pull a significant amount of leads, and enrich data to actually get at the contact info that matters to reach an owner. Glad I spent the time!
