Hi all! Just want to share some good news. My wife and I finally closed on our first business last week. It's a psychotherapy business (Puget sound psychotherapy). I want to thank this group for help with my 12.00am questions and being just a text away! Glad to be part of such an awesome group!
I noticed a new feature in Instantly for deploying AI "sales" agents. I'm testing using this for sourcing business acquisitions. It asked me for my business website and started learning about my ICP. I noticed it already identified 10 leads and proposed an email for reaching out to each (human in the middle. I need to click "send" and I can modify the content of the email before sending it out). It was on my to-do to update my website, especially now to test this feature. Anybody playing around with it?
That's a strong update for Claude but even before this update SMB's could already use. I actually prepared some guides for manufacturing and HVAC companies on how to deploy Claude properly in their operations to get the immediate ROI. The guides cover everything step by step and anyone can start implementing it since it's also focused on non-technical users. https://claude-for-manufacturing-guide.lovable.app/ https://claude-for-hvac.lovable.app
Has anybody gotten that "it's late now. Go to bed, you've committed 4 major releases. Start fresh tomorrow". I'm like, thanks dad. He's definitely becoming sentient. I'm being nice, though, in case I need to join John Connor 🤖👾
Had an awesome call yesterday with an owner of a $1B portfolio! He was an AM guest as well and in a similar space as me. He gave me some great advice on our M&A strategy as I have been getting really frustrated lately. For me, I need at least 10 active deals at a time in order for 2 to close. And get the owner in a face to face meeting as soon as possible. Finally follow up, follow up, follow up and stay around the hoop on lost deals.
