When my son was first diagnosed with autism at age 3 I worried about how I would tell him about his diagnosis as he got a little older... I looked for books in the library and Amazon, I couldn't find anything that really worked, most books were either for other neurotypical children explaining what autism was or it was about a character with autism. Please Read First: This course was created to empower parents, caregivers, and advocates with educational tools and holistic strategies to support children and teens on the autism spectrum. Our focus is on exploring possible root causes, functional health approaches, and practical ways to improve quality of life while recognizing that every child is unique. Purpose of the Course: - Provide education on functional and holistic concepts related to autism - Share evidence-informed and experience-based insights in areas such as gut health, nutrition, nervous system regulation, detox support, and more - Offer practical tools that you can choose to apply—or not—based on your own judgment and your child’s needs - Create a supportive, respectful community where parents and caregivers can learn without fear of judgment Important Community Guidelines: 1.
