Woke up to a $6.4k PIF. We had a great call, had some banking issues that had to be taken care of, but it eventually went through! Great start of a Monday! Now, today I have an empty calendar but that doesn't stop me from doing outbounds and doing everything in MY power to make my commissions! This is why being a setter before being a closer is so important. You cannot be a great closer if you aren't a great setter! Be able to self-set when your calendar is empty and make more commissions. Also, be a mentor to your setters when they are performing poorly and give them constructive feedback! Difference between good and great is just doing beyond what is the minimum required! Last year back in June is when I decided to archive this community. I didn't do it because I wasn't making enough money with the group but more importantly because I felt like I needed to work on myself before I am able to lead. How can I become a good leader if I cannot even properly lead myself? In the meantime I invested into myself with the right coaches, doubled down on my sales, and collected more cash and made more connections so that I could be the best leader possible for you guys!
