Follow up with your old leads fam
Woke up to a $6.4k PIF. We had a great call, had some banking issues that had to be taken care of, but it eventually went through! Great start of a Monday! Now, today I have an empty calendar but that doesn't stop me from doing outbounds and doing everything in MY power to make my commissions! This is why being a setter before being a closer is so important. You cannot be a great closer if you aren't a great setter! Be able to self-set when your calendar is empty and make more commissions. Also, be a mentor to your setters when they are performing poorly and give them constructive feedback!
Difference between good and great is just doing beyond what is the minimum required!
