Day 5 & 6
Ended up sick as a dog from my traveling, but just reminded me how militant I have to be with my daily maintenance and my immune systems. If I’m eating right, working out right sweating and taking care of of myself I don’t have to worry about getting out of commission like this again. Starting to feel a lot better now but missing two days of activity to get better doesn’t feel good. I used the time to reflect and recover and steel my resolve to move forward, so looking forward to finish the week strong. Back on it today after missing two workout days. Let’s go!
Day 4
Day 4 showed me how much my choices during idle or tired moments impact my future. Thirty minutes of scrolling versus thirty minutes in the gym is the same time, but not the same priority. growth isn’t about effort, it’s about what I choose to prioritize. Journaling daily is helping me stay aware find alignment and focus on the future I want to build.
Day 3
I’m re-learning how important it is to track my habits instead of relying only on memory. Small wins like journaling, reading a page, or a few push-ups help me build momentum and avoid falling into cycles of starting and stopping. Traveling and fatigue make it harder, but I’m holding myself accountable and choosing actions that will pay off in the long run. No more weak anss excuses. I’m doing this for ME anyway. Slow motion is always better than no motion. And I’m looking forward to these results
Day 2
Traveling for tour life has been harder than I expected when it comes to sticking with my non-negotiables. Fatigue, overthinking, and idle time make it easy to slip, and I folded on a couple of my commitments today. What I realized is that idle time is dangerous for me—it pushes me to seek quick stimulation instead of staying disciplined. My focus moving forward is to find healthier ways to change my state and keep myself grounded, especially while traveling.
