Hello everyone, sorry I am late. My name is Toni Rillo. I am currently working construction doing paving, so I am not in the pool industry yet, although my grandfather started a pool contracting business over 25 years ago and has been family operated since then. After a lot of thinking of what type of career path I wanted to head down, I always knew that I wanted to be in the family business some way somehow. I then realized if there isn't a space for me in the family company yet, why not focus on reoccurring problems that come up after the pool is done that my family mentions all the time. They usually ask for 3 things. Startup (mandatory), pool services, and automation systems. Boom, that's where I come in. I would love to learn as much as I can of the pool business as well as get lessons on what it is to own and operate a business, as well as marketing and sales. I am currently located in Arizona!
