This is a leadership development workshop exploring the tactical decision-making and action-taking that creates our life. As a leader, the quality of our days is evidence of our efficacy so shoot for a Perfect Day! Would love to see your perfect day list on this chat so we can celebrate and collaborate!
Had a great day with a team from Activision out with the wolves last week and we talked about what it means to live and lead like wolves. Sheep don't set brave, clear goals. Their weekly and life agenda is just to move away from pressure and towards whatever they eat next. Wolves must set brave and clear goals because we hunt big game for a living. Hope you set brave and clear goals and have a wolf week. If you'd like some coaching around this I have office hours at 10am PST tomorrow and are we-working at 10am PST on Wednesday. Link on calendar.
Love this! I felt this theme this past week. I was more reactive (like a sheep) instead of proactive (like a wolf). Instead of hunting my goals I was more moving away from pressure like you said above.

The holidays are over, and life is ramping up again—school schedules, work deadlines, and that endless to-do list. It can feel a lot, can’t it? 💡 Remember: - You don’t have to do it all at once. Prioritize what truly matters. - It’s okay to say "no" to things that drain you. - Small acts of self-care can make a big difference—five minutes for deep breathing or a short walk can reset your mind. 🌸 Mantra for the Week: "I am capable, but I am not a machine. I am allowed to take breaks and ask for help."
Share your 3 priorities for this coming week on this post. Actually writing these down will pull your targets from the fog and create accountability to help you pursue them. Leaders write and share.
