Real talk. I know a lot of people see me as the teacher, the keyboard guy, or the one who already knows what to play. But I remember what it felt like to be unsure, trying to catch changes, trying not to sound lost, trying to keep up when the drummer or preacher shifted the whole room. That’s one reason I built this group. Not just to drop lessons, but to help people feel less stuck. So let me ask: What’s one moment in church service where you still feel unsure about what to play?

Just recorded a quick video that’s been heavy on my mind. We lost a fellow musician. mid-40s, collapsed after playing and didn’t make it. And it’s not a one-off. I’m seeing more and more musicians in their 30s, 40s, 50s dealing with things that could’ve been caught or prevented. We practice chords.We learn runs.We show up for every service. But your body is the instrument that carries all of that. If it goes down…everything goes with it. This video is just a real moment. No preaching. Just perspective. Take care of yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally. Because your health? That’s the real long-term investment.

That's right Bro, when I start to play I'm my begining I I thought physical exercise wasn't helping me because my fingers would cramp up and I couldn't play smoothly, but then over time I felt very tired after playing, and the truth is that it's Physical exercise is necessary to strengthen the whole body. I'm not saying this to become a bodybuilder, but to take care of yourself, and here in the Canary Islands, older people don't want to exercise physical. That's why I keep trying to tell people to take care of themselves, that it's necessary to take care of the temple that GOD has given us to serve Him with the greatest excellence.I feel for you, Bro, and may God bless you.
