@Nic Johnston i believe if one is grounded the noise is just sounds. I have had experiences of temporary groundness and seeing things in a new light, like if all is learning, and there is interest for the world even caos, the funny part is that it doesnt influence one in any way. But if for some reason there is no stability inside then lots of things can influence. Emotional stuff to understand.
