Planche goal
Working on tuck planche with a band at the moment, just starting to properly learn it. Full planche is the goal. Biggest struggle is keeping arms straight and holding it properly when I fatigue. Pad there to stop me face planting ๐Ÿ˜… Any tips would help

Iโ€™m very new to it and training it myself but one thing I remember being told is to have the band pull directly up and down, right now itโ€™s pulling you backwards - try setting up the parallettes a bit closer to the bands base ๐Ÿ‘

Hey guys! Iโ€™m Anton from New Zealand. Iโ€™ve been training calisthenics off and on for a couple months and finally took the leap to really dial it in. In the next 6-12 weeks I wanna get 5-7 consecutive HSPU and a decent tuck Planche!
