just recently got back into calisthenics, this is a quick video of my muscle ups so far , just wondering on any feedback and how to get them without the little kip ?
Aiming for front lever and better technique for muscle up. A couple clips of straddle press w band, chest to bar pullups (dont got weight so idk what to do tbh) and one muscle up clip. Any feedback helps 👍 thanks
Aiming to progress to 1 good form FLPU, maybe pull-up to touch, within 12 weeks. I usually do 4 sets of bad form high intensity combos like this, and 6 sets of lower intensity and better form. I do 2 pull workouts per week.
