Im definitely waiting on credit because my plan to do urban development will be a success ive been restoring properties for 30 years i don't want to work for everyone to get rich and my guys and me are stacked and ready for funding imve went and pulled some city hall reports the firs5 building are under 20k and these are 3 bedrooms and bathroom flat bin houses. I grew up in that area when I was a kid and I think we can get my hometown populated no houses and they rent for 1900 amonth3 weeks per building and they all will have steady cash flow to get more theres only like 15 houses over there but when that residential money flowing I will get downtown and get them building as long as you restoring before 2 years or they take it back
