@Luis Pacheco Okay, I love that we have a number to work with. Now, are you ready for a bit of a reality check? Look at these charts relating handicaps to their distance to pin (target) on their approach shots. Assuming your irons spread under and over 150 yards, we'll use that as a pin point. For your goal of 10 yards (33 feet) in any direction, you will be playing your irons at the level BETTER than a scratch golfer. Not saying it's not doable. It is. But we want to match our input with expectations. As new a golfer as you are, as a working dad, if you're hitting irons within 20 yards consistently, then we set our sights on that 10 yard marker. All this to say, you're not as bad as you probably feel like you are. But with that said, let's get to work on dialing in even more and narrowing those misses down. 💪 Stats provided by Shot Scope as shared in Jon Sherman's "Four Foundations of Golf"
