It's a conversation business
Well started the day off with a homeowner giving me a call back interested in selling their property this month. Such a great way to start my birthday. I can get use to this. Haha Instead of going out I desided to ignore the distractions and stayed focused and stayed consistent with my daily marketing. Worked on strengthing some buyer and agent relationships as well. The more I treat this like a like a conversation business vs a numbers business.. things just seem to fall right into place easier with less effort. Made 102 calls tonight. 5 inbound calls -1 interested in selling.2 already sold. 2 not interested. Had 12 pick ups. 3 not interested. 2 wrong number. 4 hang ups. 3 already sold Seems like I'm a little late to this Pre-Foreclosure list. Had 5 people today say they already sold this last month. But I still have a few leads I'm workin from it, we shall see how they play out. I finished up this Pre-Foreclosure list tonight. New list loaded into the power dialer and ready to go Tomorrow is going to be an amazing day! Excited to see how good things can really get! 1 New Lead Added to the pipeline!!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!! LETTSSSS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!
