Prawn stir fry with egg noodles ready in minutes
This is definitely one of my favourite go to dinners it takes literally minutes to cook and only has around 300 calories so perfect if you want a tasty meal with minimal effort that's good for the waistline. Put a tiny bit of olive oil and garlic in a pan and add the prawns cook for a few minutes until pink then add the mixed vegetables with noodles to finish preferably fresh noodles as they take minutes to cook and taste great. Season with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and Chinese 5 spice and voila!!! 😍😘✌️
