That's my sentiment exactly. Nothing to crazy like doing hours or cardio or restricting calories so much your running out of steam. It's about consistency with your workouts doesn't need to be daily just doing things that work for you. So I love Tabatha training which is so easy and so much fun. A daily smoothie really helps me too to increase nutrition intake. That's really great advice thank you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช
Nice little chest workout
Hey guys here's a quick chest workout for you Starting with press ups either 3/4 or full depending on your ability. Moving into a plank for 30 seconds then add shoulder taps for 20 reps. Then lie on some cushions for support grab your weights and go for flies for 20 reps then chest press for 12 reps. Aim for a minimum of 3kg increase to 5kg when you can. Repeat 3 times

Why are compound exercises so good
When you combine compound movements together for example squats with lateral raises, deadlift with clean and press and lunges with bicep curls or tricep kickbacks not only do you work multiple muscle groups but you burn more calories and work extra high intensity so your heart rate will stay elevated making you fitter as well as stronger ๐Ÿ’ช

Hey guys so here are 4 exercises that I've superset back to back starting with clean and press moving into standing rows then reverse flies finishing with bicep curls. All of these are fantastic for sculpting the back and biceps great work guys!!
